Prestained markers are colored, allowing real-time monitoring of band positions during electrophoresis and transfer, which makes operation intuitive; however, their band resolution is slightly lower. Developed prestained markers are specifically designed for Western blotting, enabling direct chemiluminescent detection without the need for staining, and offering high sensitivity.

2. Introduction to the Li Ji Yuan Cai Series
The Yuancai series is a newly developed, ready-to-use protein molecular weight standard from Li Ji, which is His‑free and can be used directly without boiling, dilution, or the addition of reducing agents. Depending on the size of the loading well, 3–5 μL per lane is sufficient to obtain exceptionally clear protein bands during electrophoresis, as well as after electrophoresis and transfer.
