Cell viability assay: Cell viability (%) = [A (with drug) – A (blank)] / [A (0 drug) – A (blank)] × 100.
[Note 】 A (Drug Addition): The absorbance of the well containing cells, CCK‑8 solution, and drug solution.
A (blank): The absorbance of a well containing culture medium and CCK-8 solution but no cells.
A (0 drug addition): The absorbance of wells containing cells and CCK‑8 solution but no drug solution.
