Product Overview
The Cas9 protein can form a highly stable ribonucleoprotein (RNP) complex with the guide RNA (gRNA). As a key component of the CRISPR/Cas9 system, the Cas9–gRNA RNP complex, upon entering the cell, utilizes an N‑terminal nuclear localization signal (NLS) to enhance its nuclear import efficiency. Li Ji Bio has meticulously screened and optimized nuclear localization signals (NLSs), incorporating multiple NLS motifs. The resulting NLS‑Cas9 nuclease enables more efficient RNP nuclear entry, thereby increasing the likelihood of genome‑wide DNA cleavage and delivering consistently high editing efficiency across all validated cell lines—including standard, immune‑competent, primary, and stem cells. This product is packaged for industrial customers.
