Product Description
DMEM (Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium) is a widely used basal medium suitable for culturing a variety of mammalian cell lines, including HeLa, 293, Cos-7, and PC‑12, as well as primary fibroblasts, neurons, glial cells, human umbilical vein endothelial cells, smooth muscle cells, and others. Compared with MEM, DMEM contains four times the concentration of amino acids and vitamins.
DMEM contains 25 mM glucose (high-glucose formulation) or 5.5 mM (low-glucose formulation).
This product is formulated using ultrapure water.
