EZ ECL pico chemiluminescent solution is a highly sensitive, enhanced chemiluminescence (ECL) HRP substrate that enables users to detect proteins at sub-picongram levels (<1×10⁻¹² g) in Western blotting assays. -12 g) Extremely antibody‑efficient. The EZ ECL pico substrate delivers bright signals and picogram‑level detection sensitivity in Western blotting assays using horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated antibodies. This ECL substrate is compatible with a wide range of membranes, blocking solutions, and antibody diluents, offering superior performance, broad applicability, and excellent cost‑effectiveness to meet the needs of users’ Western blotting applications.
Characteristics of the EZ Pico substrate:
High sensitivity: detects picogram‑level protein bands on nitrocellulose or PVDF membranes.
Long signal duration: Under optimized conditions, the blotting strip incubated with the substrate can sustain a detectable luminescent signal for 6 to 8 hours.
Recommended dilution concentration:
Primary antibody concentration: It is recommended to start with a 1 mg/mL stock solution at a dilution of 1:1,000–1:5,000, or 0.2–1 µg/mL.
Secondary antibody concentration: It is recommended to start with a 1 mg/mL stock solution diluted to 1:20,000–1:100,000, or to a final concentration of 10–50 ng/mL.
