Product Description
Quick Blocking Solution (ready-to-use, no‑wash) (hereinafter referred to as “Quick Block”) is a protein‑free blocking reagent designed for rapid Western blotting. It efficiently and swiftly blocks NC or PVDF membranes after transfer, serving as a convenient alternative to traditional blocking agents such as nonfat dry milk or BSA. It is compatible with standard antibodies, phospho‑specific antibodies, and biotin‑labeled antibodies.
With this product, the entire blocking step takes only 10 minutes; no washing is required, and the primary antibody can be incubated directly. Overall performance significantly outperforms traditional blocking solutions based on BSA (bovine serum albumin), nonfat dry milk, casein, and comparable foreign products.
This product is formulated in TBST and contains 0.1% Tween 20.
