Product Description
The 3‑Color Pre‑Stained Protein Marker (10–250 kDa) comprises 11 highly purified, pre‑stained recombinant proteins at molecular weights of 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 72, 100, 130, and 250 kDa. The 72‑kDa band is orange, the 25‑kDa band is green, and the remaining bands are blue, making this marker ideal for use as a protein molecular weight standard in SDS‑PAGE and Western blotting.
This product is formulated in 1× SDS‑PAGE loading buffer and can be used directly, without the need for boiling, dilution, or the addition of a reducing agent. Depending on the size of the sample well, load 3–5 μL per lane to obtain exceptionally clear protein bands during electrophoresis, as well as after electrophoresis and following transfer to a membrane.
