Product Description
EZ50 DNA Ladder (50–1000 bp) is a DNA solution stored in 1× Loading Buffer. It consists of 14 linear double-stranded DNA fragments at 50 bp, 100 bp, 150 bp, 200 bp, 250 bp, 300 bp, 350 bp, 400 bp, 500 bp, 600 bp, 700 bp, 800 bp, 900 bp, and 1000 bp, with band sizes suitable for precise determination of DNA fragment lengths. In a 5 μL aliquot, the 500 bp and 250 bp bands each contain approximately 100 ng, while the remaining bands each contain about 40 ng.
During normal use, this product can be stably stored at room temperature without band degradation or smearing. Furthermore, DNA bands are clear and sharp, with a well‑defined gel background, high brightness, and uniform intensity.
