Product Description
This product is suitable for generating standard curves in real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR and for diluting samples. When DNA templates are diluted with water or other buffers—particularly at low concentrations—prolonged incubation can lead to instability in both the amplification of the standard curve and the measured values of the samples. The unique formulation of this product effectively prevents these issues, enabling accurate dilutions over a broader range.
The diluent primarily consists of TE buffer, poly(A) solution, and PF68 solution, among others.
