It is suitable for isolating cells from a wide range of tissues, including the spleen, liver, kidney, pancreas, gastric mucosa, and tumor tissues. The cells obtained through tissue dissociation exhibit high viability and retain key surface antigens, making them ideal for applications such as cell culture, cell sorting, drug screening, and single-cell sequencing.
