Product Description
Li Ji Biological’s tissue transport preservation solution is widely used for the transportation of high-fidelity samples, including primary tissues, transplanted organs, and single-cell sequencing specimens.
Traditional sample‑preservation and transport methods, such as ultra‑low‑temperature freezing and chemical fixation, often lead to nucleic acid degradation, reduced transcriptome integrity, cell lysis, and contamination by free RNA. By fully immersing samples in this product, which penetrates deep into the tissue, and transporting them at 4°C, we ensure the preservation of critical information and minimize batch‑to‑batch variability caused by shipping. At the same time, it provides an optimal microenvironment for cells and tissues, preventing apoptosis and tissue necrosis that can result from improper storage. Moreover, samples can be stored at 4°C for up to 72 hours while maintaining over 90% cell viability and preserving the full functional integrity of the tissue.
