Product Description
This product contains six self‑luminescent purified proteins, with molecular weights ranging from 23 to 117 kDa, each bearing epitopes that can be recognized by antibodies from mice, rabbits, goats, and other species. During chemiluminescent (ECL) detection, these six proteins, upon binding to their respective antibodies, also emit light, thereby achieving a self‑luminescent signal. The light emitted by the self‑luminescent markers is identical to that of the target protein bands and can be detected using X‑ray film exposure or an ECL imaging system.
This product provides precise molecular weight standards—five out of six proteins have been validated by mass spectrometry, ensuring accurate molecular weights; mass spectra are available on the official website. It can be used to monitor primary antibodies, secondary antibodies, and the ECL process, and allows for direct comparison of target band sizes after ECL, among other advantages.
