Li Ji Bio’s Hepes‑Tris protein precast gel is a highly safe, convenient, and high‑quality polyacrylamide precast gel produced using automated casting technology. It is compatible with mainstream electrophoresis tanks on the market (such as the Bio‑Rad series) and can be used directly for PAGE electrophoresis and Western blot analysis, significantly reducing gel‑preparation and running times while enhancing experimental efficiency.

*Gel plate dimensions: 100 × 89 × 4.8 mm (width × height × thickness); gel dimensions: 84 × 74 × 1 mm (width × height × thickness); stacking gel: 4%, 1.5 cm.
*The gel contains no SDS and can be used for both denaturing and native electrophoresis.
*Uniform gel concentrations available: 8%, 10%, 12%, 15%.
*Gradient gel concentrations available: 4–20%. Custom formulations with specialized concentrations are also offered.
*Uses coated plastic sheets to effectively reduce non-specific protein adsorption, resulting in sharper and clearer protein bands.
Transportation and Storage
Store and transport at room temperature; shelf life is 6 months. Store at 4°C; shelf life is 12 months. 【 Note 】: Do not store below 0°C to prevent the gel from cracking due to freezing.
