Li Ji Bio’s Bis-Tris Protein Pre-Cast Gel is a safe, fast, and high-performance precast polyacrylamide gel. Using MOPS buffer or MES buffer can It enables more effective separation of both high‑molecular‑weight and low‑molecular‑weight proteins. Moreover, it is compatible with mainstream electrophoresis tanks on the market (such as the Bio-Rad series), allowing direct use in PAGE electrophoresis and Western blotting, thereby significantly reducing gel‑casting and running times and enhancing experimental efficiency.
