Product Description
This kit innovatively employs a column‑based purification method to rapidly, gently, and efficiently lyse animal tissues or cells, enabling the effective extraction of total protein. It includes both a spin column and an optimized cell lysis buffer. Compared with conventional RIPA lysis buffers, this kit yields higher protein recovery and minimizes protein loss caused by DNA precipitation and insoluble cellular debris during cell lysis. Utilizing column‑based purification, the system can process sample–lysis buffer mixtures ranging from as little as 20 μL to as much as 500 μL. Two types of cell lysis buffers are provided—denaturing and non‑denaturing—allowing users to select the appropriate buffer based on their downstream experimental requirements.
[Note]: Denaturing lysis buffer is suitable for SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, and ELISA assays; non-denaturing lysis buffer is appropriate for IP, Co-IP, enzyme assays, and other analyses.

Product Advantages
1. Rapid: The extraction process takes only 2 minutes and requires no ice‑bath handling.
2. Simplicity: Only simple centrifugation is required; ultrasonication is unnecessary.
3. General: Suitable for all types of animal cells and tissues.
4. High efficiency: No protein loss, making it particularly suitable for the extraction of small-molecule proteins, membrane proteins, nucleic acid‑binding proteins, and phosphorylated proteins.
Transportation and Storage
Store at room temperature. Components A and B should be stored at 4°C, while Components C and D can be stored at room temperature; the shelf life is 12 months. [Note]: The grinding rod is reusable. At low temperatures, the denaturing lysis buffer may precipitate; allow it to equilibrate to room temperature or warm it in a water bath.

Q: Can total protein be extracted from adipose tissue? High-fat content.
A: You can mention it, but oil stains won’t come out.
Q: Can you quote 300kd?
A: Total protein extraction has nothing to do with molecular weight—any size can be extracted!
