Product Description
2× Taq PCR Master Mix is a pre-mixed PCR reaction solution that contains Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, reaction buffer, loading dye, and other components. When using, simply take an appropriate volume of this product, add the template and primers, and top up with ddH₂O to bring the final reaction volume to 1×; the PCR reaction can then be performed. This product can amplify DNA fragments up to 5 kb in length, exhibiting excellent amplification specificity and broad template compatibility. The PCR products have an A‑overhang at the 3′ end, allowing direct use in T/A cloning after purification.
This product contains two dyes; after the PCR reaction is complete, no additional loading buffer is required, and electrophoresis can be performed directly. During electrophoresis, two distinct bands will appear. The dye does not affect PCR amplification efficiency; however, for experiments that require optical analysis of PCR products—such as absorbance or fluorescence measurements—we recommend purifying the PCR product prior to analysis or using a dye-free PCR master mix.
