    Western and IP lysis buffer is a cell‑lysis reagent that works under non‑denaturing conditions, efficiently lysing both cytoplasmic subfractions and nuclear components. It facilitates the extraction of cytoplasmic proteins, nuclear proteins, cytoplasmic phosphorylated proteins, and nuclear transcription factors. It is suitable for use in PAGE, Western blotting, immunoprecipitation (IP), and co‑immunoprecipitation (co‑IP).
