Product Description
EZ100 DNA Marker (100–5000 bp) is a DNA solution stored in 1× Loading Buffer. It consists of nine linear double-stranded DNA fragments at 100 bp, 250 bp, 500 bp, 750 bp, 1000 bp, 1500 bp, 2000 bp, 3000 bp, and 5000 bp, with band sizes suitable for determining a broad range of DNA fragment lengths. In a 5 μL aliquot, the 500 bp and 1500 bp bands each contain approximately 120 ng, while the remaining bands each contain about 50 ng.
During normal use, this product can be stably stored at room temperature without band degradation or smearing. Furthermore, DNA bands are clear and sharp, with a well‑defined gel background, high brightness, and uniform intensity.
