Product Description
EZ250 DNA Ladder (250–12,000 bp) is a DNA solution stored in 1× Loading Buffer. It consists of 13 linear double-stranded DNA fragments at 250 bp, 500 bp, 750 bp, 1,000 bp, 1,500 bp, 2,000 bp, 2,500 bp, 3,000 bp, 4,000 bp, 5,000 bp, 6,000 bp, 8,000 bp, and 12,000 bp, with band sizes suitable for determining a broad range of DNA fragment lengths. In a 5 μL aliquot, the 1,500‑bp and 4,000‑bp bands each contain approximately 80 ng, while the remaining bands each contain about 30 ng.
During normal use, this product can be stably stored at room temperature without band degradation or smearing. Furthermore, DNA bands are clear and sharp, with a well‑defined gel background, high brightness, and uniform intensity.
