Product Description
EZ100 DNA Marker (100–2000 bp) is a DNA solution stored in 1× Loading Buffer. It consists of six linear double-stranded DNA fragments at 100 bp, 250 bp, 500 bp, 750 bp, 1000 bp, and 2000 bp, making it suitable for sizing DNA bands, such as those generated by standard PCR products. In a 5 μL aliquot, the 750 bp band corresponds to approximately 120 ng, while each of the other bands contains about 50 ng.
During normal use, this product can be stably stored at room temperature without band degradation or smearing. Furthermore, DNA bands are clear and sharp, with a well‑defined gel background, high brightness, and uniform intensity.
