Product Description
EZ500 DNA Ladder (500–5000 bp) is a DNA solution stored in 1× Loading Buffer. It consists of eight linear double-stranded DNA fragments at 500 bp, 1000 bp, 1500 bp, 2000 bp, 2500 bp, 3000 bp, 4000 bp, and 5000 bp, with band sizes suitable for determining the size range of DNA fragments. In a 5 μL aliquot, the 2500 bp band contains approximately 100 ng, while the other bands each contain about 40 ng.
During normal use, this product can be stably stored at room temperature without band degradation or smearing. Furthermore, DNA bands are clear and sharp, with a well‑defined gel background, high brightness, and uniform intensity.
