Product Description
EZ500 DNA Marker (500–15,000 bp) is a DNA solution stored in 1× Loading Buffer. It consists of eight linear double-stranded DNA fragments at 500 bp, 1,000 bp, 2,000 bp, 3,000 bp, 4,000 bp, 6,000 bp, 8,000 bp, and 15,000 bp, with band sizes suitable for determining a broad range of DNA fragment lengths. In a 5 μL aliquot, the 4,000‑bp band contains approximately 80 ng, while each of the other bands contains about 30 ng.
During normal use, this product can be stably stored at room temperature without band degradation or smearing. Furthermore, DNA bands are clear and sharp, with a well‑defined gel background, high brightness, and uniform intensity.
