Product Description
Protein G magnetic beads are 200 nm in diameter and feature a surface covalently conjugated with a high density of recombinant Protein G. Due to their nanoscale size and large surface‑to‑volume ratio, these beads provide more binding sites, allowing for reduced bead consumption and lower non‑specific adsorption. Recombinant Protein G is particularly well suited for capturing mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, and IgG3; rat IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, and IgG2c; rabbit and goat polyclonal antibodies; as well as human IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, and IgG4. This product is widely used for antigen immunoprecipitation (IP) or co‑immunoprecipitation (Co‑IP) from samples such as cell lysates, cell culture supernatants, serum, and ascitic fluid.
