Product Description
Protein A/G magnetic beads are 200-nm-diameter nanomagnetic beads with a large number of recombinant Protein A/G proteins covalently immobilized on their surface. Due to their nanoscale size and high surface‑to‑volume ratio, these beads provide more binding sites, allowing for reduced bead consumption and lower non-specific adsorption. The recombinant Protein A/G protein incorporates five immunoglobulin‑binding domains from Protein A and two from Protein G, significantly enhancing its binding capacity compared to either Protein A or Protein G alone. This product is widely used for antigen immunoprecipitation (IP) or co‑immunoprecipitation (Co‑IP) in samples such as cell lysates, cell culture supernatants, serum, and ascitic fluid.
