Product Description
Anti-Flag magnetic beads are 200 nm in diameter and are also known as Anti-DYKDDDDK Magnetic Beads. Their surface is covalently conjugated with a high-quality mouse anti-Flag monoclonal antibody. Due to their nanoscale size and high surface-to-volume ratio, these beads provide more binding sites, allowing for reduced bead consumption and lower non-specific adsorption. This product is widely used for antigen immunoprecipitation (IP) or co-immunoprecipitation (Co‑IP) in samples such as cell lysates, cell culture supernatants, serum, and ascitic fluid.
