Product Description
Anti-His magnetic beads are 200 nm in diameter and feature a surface covalently conjugated with a high‑quality mouse anti‑His monoclonal antibody. Their ultra‑large specific surface area provides an abundance of binding sites, allowing for reduced bead consumption and lower non‑specific adsorption. This product is widely used for immunoprecipitation (IP) or co‑immunoprecipitation (Co‑IP) of His‑tagged fusion proteins in samples such as cell lysates, cell‑secreted supernatants, serum, and ascitic fluid. Thanks to magnetic separation, each IP or Co‑IP assay can save up to 40% of the time.
