Product Description
Anti‑GFP magnetic beads are 200 nm in diameter and feature a surface covalently conjugated with a high‑quality mouse anti‑GFP monoclonal antibody. The nanoscale magnetic beads offer an exceptionally large specific surface area, providing more binding sites, reducing the required bead dosage, and minimizing non‑specific adsorption. This product is widely used for immunoprecipitation (IP) or co‑immunoprecipitation (Co‑IP) of GFP‑tagged fusion proteins in samples such as cell lysates, conditioned culture supernatants, serum, and ascitic fluid. Thanks to magnetic separation, each IP or Co‑IP assay can save up to 40% of the time.
