Product Description
Concanavalin A (ConA)–coated magnetic beads are 200 nm in diameter, with a large number of ConA molecules covalently attached to their surface. These nanoscale magnetic beads offer an exceptionally high specific surface area, providing more binding sites, reducing the required bead dosage, and minimizing non-specific adsorption. They are used for cell separation or for isolating glycoproteins from serum and cellular extracts, and can be conveniently employed—along with magnetic separation devices such as magnetic stands—for applications including glycoprotein isolation, CUT&RUN, CUT&Tag, and other related assays.
