6-Rox Glycine* 25 μM: A PCR reference dye used for reference-based calibration in PCR assays. Conventional 6-ROX dyes are highly unstable, whereas our proprietary 6-ROX Glycine exhibits significantly improved stability without altering the spectral properties of 6-ROX. This reagent is supplied as a 25 μM solution in 20 mM Tris (pH 8.4).
