Product Description
RNA Later is a liquid, non‑toxic tissue preservation reagent that rapidly stabilizes tissues, preserving cellular RNA in its native state without causing degradation. It is widely applicable to a variety of vertebrate samples—including brain, heart, kidney, spleen, liver, testis, skeletal muscle, adipose tissue, lung, and thymus—and is also effective for Escherichia coli, fruit flies, cultured cells, whole blood, and certain plant tissues.
RNA Later does not interfere with subsequent sample processing and is compatible with a variety of commonly used RNA extraction kits, such as… TRIzol (Cat#AN51L758) RNAzol, various RNA extraction kits, the phenol‑chloroform method, and mRNA extraction reagents based on the Oligo(dT) principle.
