Product Description
This product exhibits G418 resistance and is formulated as a yeast extract–peptone–glucose agar plate containing 500 μg/mL G418. The plates measure 90 × 15 mm, and the medium has been sterilized at 121°C for 20 minutes; each plate contains 25 mL of culture medium. It is suitable for the cultivation of common bacteria and is particularly well suited for the preservation and growth of Escherichia coli in molecular biology experiments. This product eliminates the time and effort required to prepare LB medium, thereby significantly enhancing experimental efficiency.
