    This product is an ampicillin‑resistant 2×YT agar plate containing 100 µg/mL ampicillin, with dimensions of 90 × 15 mm. The medium is sterilized at 121°C for 20 minutes, and each plate contains 25 mL of culture medium. It is suitable for the cultivation of common bacteria and is particularly well suited for the storage and growth of Escherichia coli in molecular biology experiments. This product eliminates the time and effort required to prepare LB medium, thereby significantly enhancing experimental efficiency.
