Degradable antimicrobial peptide mycoplasma remover (200X) effectively inhibits mycoplasma DNA replication by suppressing the activity of mycoplasma DNA gyrase, thereby eradicating mycoplasma at the genetic level. This ensures that cells are completely free from mycoplasma contamination, guaranteeing the reliability of experimental results.
This product is primarily used to eliminate mycoplasma from cells, serum, and culture media, with the entire process taking only 3–5 days. It employs a proprietary antimicrobial peptide formulation that effectively eradicates most mycoplasma species and naturally degrades within 6–7 days, exhibiting no cytotoxicity and having no adverse impact on subsequent cell culture or experimental procedures.
