Product Description
In exosome research, storage stability has long been a major challenge for scientists. Currently, exosomes are typically aliquoted in PBS and cryopreserved at −80°C; however, as the duration of cryopreservation and the number of freeze–thaw cycles increase, exosome viability, integrity, and cargo content decline significantly. To address this issue, a specialized cryopreservation solution for exosomes has been developed, which can be directly added to exosome samples and stored at −20°C or −80°C, thereby markedly enhancing both short‑term and long‑term sample stability. This product is easy to use, offers robust protection, has a well‑defined formulation, and is broadly applicable; it also effectively prevents exosomes from adsorbing onto laboratory consumables such as sample tubes and pipette tips.

Instructions for Use
1. Preparation of exosomes: Select an appropriate exosome isolation kit based on the sample type to isolate pure exosomes, and we recommend using a buffer‑exchange kit to resuspend the isolated exosomes in PBS.
2. Cryopreservation of exosomes: Remove the exosome preservation solution from the freezer, thaw it, and vortex to mix thoroughly. Add it to the exosome solution at a 1:20 ratio, mix well, and store at −80°C. It is recommended to limit the number of freeze–thaw cycles to no more than five and the storage duration to no longer than 12 months.
