This kit includes the innovative Exosome Tracker, a fluorescent tracer dye specifically designed for labeling exosomes. Exosome Tracker exhibits higher labeling efficiency than other probes, covalently incorporating into the bilayer membrane of extracellular vesicles—outperforming lipophilic or hydrophobic dyes and avoiding signal interference caused by self-assembling nanoparticles, thereby enhancing labeling efficacy. Exosome Tracker enables simple and effective in vitro tracking and monitoring of exosomes; owing to its long in vivo half-life, labeled exosomes can be used in in vivo tracing studies. Its excitation wavelength is 580 nm, and its emission wavelength is 664 nm.
