Product Description
This kit is based on the principle of size-exclusion chromatography (SEC) and separates exosomes according to differences in molecular size. It offers the advantages of simple operation, high purity, and high recovery, making it particularly well suited for isolating exosomes from large-volume samples. The isolated exosomes can be used for Western blot analysis, NTA or nanoparticle tracking analysis, electron microscopy, omics studies, and functional investigations in cell‑ and animal‑based experiments. This kit is most commonly employed with large-volume samples such as cell culture supernatants and urine, but it is also suitable for serum, plasma, and other sample types.
