The extracted DNA can be directly used with the Quick Cell series of mycoplasma detection kits—whether employing isothermal rapid methods, PCR-based assays, or probe‑based techniques. Its key functions are to remove potential PCR inhibitors or color‑interfering substances from the sample and to concentrate mycoplasma DNA, thereby significantly enhancing assay sensitivity by 10‑ to 100‑fold.
