Dulbecco's Phosphate Buffered Saline (DPBS, without calcium, magnesium, phenol Red) Dulbecco’s phosphate-buffered saline is one of the most commonly used buffers in biological research and is non‑toxic and non‑irritating to most mammalian cells.
