Product Description
This product combines multiple protease and phosphatase inhibitors to effectively prevent protein degradation by proteases and phosphatases during extraction and purification. Its formulation includes a range of classic inhibitors, such as Bestatin, Aprotinin, Leupeptin, E‑64, NaF, sodium orthovanadate, β‑glycerophosphate, and sodium pyrophosphate, making it suitable for applications including protein purification, Western blotting, co‑immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, and kinase activity assays. It is free of AEBSF and other such compounds, ensuring compatibility with mass spectrometry (MS). Compared with DMSO‑based formulations, the water‑based formulation is easier to store in a refrigerator and does not require freezing.
