    TBST, or Tris‑buffered saline containing the nonionic detergent Tween‑20, is an isotonic buffer commonly used in biology. It gently solubilizes proteins and reduces nonspecific binding, making it one of the most widely employed wash buffers in immunoassays. This product is a ready‑to‑use 1× working solution that can be directly applied in Western blotting (WB), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry (IC) for preparing blocking solutions, formulating primary and secondary antibodies, and washing after antibody incubation. Blocking and washing help minimize background signals and enhance the signal‑to‑noise ratio.
