Product Description
EZ ECL Flight Chemiluminescent substrate is currently the highest‑sensitivity enhanced chemiluminescence (ECL) HRP substrate, enabling users to detect proteins at the low femtogram level in Western blotting assays (< 1 × 10 -13 , -14 g) , extremely antibody‑efficient. West Femo substrate delivers bright signals and femtogram‑level detection sensitivity for Western blotting assays using horseradish peroxidase (HRP)–conjugated probes. This ECL substrate is compatible with a wide range of membranes, blocking solutions, and antibody diluents, offering outstanding performance, versatility, and cost‑effectiveness to meet users’ Western blotting needs.
West Femo Characteristics of the substrate ：
• High sensitivity : Detects protein bands at the femtogram level on nitrocellulose or PVDF membranes.
• Long signal duration Under optimized conditions, the blotting strip incubated with the substrate can sustain a detectable luminescent signal for 6–8 hours.
Recommended dilution concentration ：
• Primary antibody concentration : It is recommended to dilute the 1 µg/mL stock solution 1:5,000 to 1:100,000.
• Secondary antibody concentration It is recommended to dilute the 1 µg/mL stock solution 1:100,000 to 1:500,000.
