    This product contains 0.25% trypsin, is EDTA‑free, and is dissolved in a calcium‑ and magnesium‑balanced salt solution. Phenol red serves as a pH indicator. After sterile filtration, it can be used directly for the digestion of cells and tissues. It is convenient and fast, stable and safe, and yields excellent cell viability; typically, most adherent cells can be digested in about 2 minutes at room temperature.
