1. Arrival Notice
1) Observation: Upon receiving the cells, please promptly inspect and photographically document the following information: For cells transported at room temperature or at 4°C (in T25 cell culture flasks), verify the integrity of the T25 flasks. Check the culture medium for any abnormalities, such as leakage or turbidity; for cells transported on dry ice (cells stored in cryovials), Verify that the dry ice has completely sublimated and that the cells have been properly thawed. If any abnormalities are detected, please contact 18616107285 (same number on WeChat) promptly. And please send your images to life-ilab@obiosh.com. 2) Handling: For T25 flask–cultured cells, refer to the Li Ji Cell Product Information Card. Other methods are described in the accompanying manual.
