Product Description
Peripheral blood contains mononuclear cells, including lymphocytes and monocytes, with a density of 1.075 g/mL to 1.090 g/mL. Granulocytes and erythrocytes have higher densities, at 1.090 g/mL, while platelets have a density of 1.030 g/mL to 1.035 g/mL. By using density‑gradient centrifugation, cells of specific densities are separated according to their respective density gradients, thereby isolating the various blood cell types.
Human peripheral blood lymphocyte separation solution utilizes density gradient centrifugation to separate various components in a sample, facilitating subsequent analytical procedures. This product is composed of iohexol, sodium hydroxide, hydroxyethyl starch, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, disodium hydrogen phosphate, and water for injection.
