Product Description
LA795 (Chinese name: mouse lung adenocarcinoma cells) was established in May 1979, derived from a spontaneous papillary-type lung adenocarcinoma in T739 inbred mice. Primary culture and establishment of the cell line were initiated; cells began to proliferate within 24 hours. Following the first passage, after 45 days, epithelial‑like, round cells exhibiting adherent growth were observed. Subcutaneous transplantation into T739, 615, and Km mice was successful. In T739 mice, LA795 cells demonstrated 100% pulmonary metastasis.
The cells exhibit a typical epithelial morphology and grow adherently. Cell type: tumor cells; Tumor type: lung adenocarcinoma cells.
