  • Product Description

    TAE, or Tris–Acetate–EDTA buffer, is the most widely used nucleic acid electrophoresis buffer in biology. It is primarily employed for agarose gel electrophoresis of DNA and is also recommended as the electrophoresis buffer when recovering DNA fragments. This product is supplied as a 50× concentrate; the working concentration is 1×, and it can be directly diluted 50-fold with distilled water before use.

    The main ingredients of this product are Tris, glacial acetic acid, and EDTA.
