Product Description
EZ Trans siRNA transfection reagent is a novel transfection agent developed based on cationic polymeric polymers, suitable for transfecting siRNA and microRNA (miRNA). Following an upgraded formulation, this product delivers high‑efficiency transfection with low cytotoxicity across a wide range of commonly used cell types. It also offers ease of use, excellent stability, and broad compatibility; serum and antibiotics do not interfere with transfection, and in most cell lines, media changes are unnecessary after transfection.

Transportation and Storage
Blue ice transport. Store at 4°C; shelf life is 12 months. If not used for an extended period, we recommend storing at −20°C. Note: Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Instructions for Use (Taking a 24-well plate as an example; for transfection in other culture dishes, please refer to Table 1.)
1. Cell seeding
For adherent cells: The day before transfection, seed the cells at 1–2 × 10 per well. 5 Plate the cells at a density that yields 60%–80% confluence at the time of transfection.
2. Prepare the EZ Trans–siRNA complex:
(1) For each well, pipette 1 μL of siRNA solution (20 μM) and 5 μL of Booster solution, gently pipette up and down to mix thoroughly, then add 2 μL of EZ Trans siRNA transfection reagent, mix again by pipetting, and incubate at room temperature for 5 minutes. Note: This transfection reagent must be brought to room temperature and vortexed briefly before use.
(2) Add 12 μL of sterile PBS, Opti-MEM, or complete cell culture medium to the above mixture to prepare a 20 μL EZ Trans-siRNA complex.
3. Cell Transfection:
(1) Add 20 μL of the aforementioned EZ Trans-siRNA complex to one well of a 24-well plate, and gently shake the plate to mix the contents.
(2) Incubate in a 37°C, 5% CO₂ incubator for 24–48 hours, after which the gene‑knockdown efficiency can be assessed or subsequent functional assays performed.
